Participants of republican Forum "Ten years in a mode of real time" assessed innovative forms of celebration of anniversary where information forms were actively replaced that has allowed to apprehend action on one breath. For the first time the public organization openly informed the public of republic about the affairs directed on improvement of social sphere of Republic Komi and on development of gender and civil initiatives.

On February, 18 in Cheboksary has passed the expanded session of board of the Ministry of social policy of Chuvashia on summarizing activity for 2003.
