 On February, 18 in Cheboksary has passed the expanded session of board of the Ministry of social policy of Chuvashia on summarizing activity for 2003. Organizers of a meeting have reminded, that within the framework of republican target programs "Children of Chuvashia" and "Family" for 2004-2006 among NGOs and municipal social establishments is planned to carry out competition of innovative social programs on granting to children - invalids for additional rehabilitation services, and also to create the crisis center for women who have survived domestic violence.
