The American association of the lawyers starts implementation of the new project on protection of women's rights in Moscow, Siberia and on Far East. The project guesses to rise of efficiency of rendering of legal aid to women, who injured from home violence.

Commission on women's status in Russian Federation at Government of Russian Federation has considered problem "about lighting of gender questions in an education system" at 22nd January 2003. The solution of this Commission contains the recommendations for Ministry of education of RF about organization in an education system of improvement of professional skill for administrative and teaching personnel on gender issues in the education system.
