MURMANSK, 29th of May. Tomorrow Crisis Center Priyut is holding the first seminar on the project Regional program for women s support .

On the initiative of the Severodvinsk Municipal Social Organization of Women (SMSOW) Women s Business Center has been opened.

From the May, 31st till June, 1st the II Assembly of Russian business circles Women Leaders of the New Russia. Social and Economic Initiatives took place in Moscow. The Assembly was organized through Russian Academy of Business and Management.

The date of starting our activities (5th of September 200) is connected with local department of district militia inspectors, where the first confidential help line in Snezhinsk started to operate.

On the 29th of May 2002 in Moscow in the frames of the project  Gender Economy: World Experience and Examination of Russian Practice  was held seminar  Gender Consequences of Economic Reforms under Conditions of Post-Socialist Transformation , organized through the Moscow Center for Gender Issues under financial support of Women s Network Program of the  Open Society Institute , Soros Foundation/Russia.

Social protection bodies and institutions of Voronezh Region are intending to be actively involved in the All-Russian Action I can , organized through Russian Women s Union and regional Women s Council.

On the 24th of May, on the Day of Slavic Literature, the final seminar of the educational program of the project for social journalists beginners took place: Master class: road to the University . The results of the second academic year have been reviewed.

During more than two months the exhibition Mona Lisa with Keys was held in Kaliningrad. That was the first social and artistic project, carried out on Kaliningrad owing to joined activities of women s social organizations, cultural institutions and regional governing bodies.

During many years the social organization Women of Nakhodka is initializing and carrying out different charity actions.

36 % of Udmurt women are not intending to have children under no circumstances.
