Direction of activities is increasing of economic and social status of women; creation of conditions for their self-fulfillment, increasing of their participation on all levels of decision-making.

Aim of Centers creation is consolidating of University women due to solving of social care problems and forming of active social position in order to achieve cooperation of state and social structures.

Board was created in order to consolidate creative efforts of different profiles specialists, to support women professionals in the sphere of education and culture; development of international humanitarian cooperation among women of Russia, CIS and abroad.

Bereginya is a women association, which is consolidating womens social organizations since 2000. It counts 33 members organizations and is founder of women newspaper Donchanka.

Non-commercial partnership organization League of businesswomen Harmony has been established in 1998.

League of women voters of Severodvinsk has been established in the structure of Severodvinsk municipal social womens organization (SMSWO)

Recently established in the town of oil industry workers womens social organization Zarny Kyv (Golden word) is intending to consolidate women of Usinsk.

Harmony is Center of corrective and developing pedagogic and psychology.

At present it consolidates 70 representatives of 43 governmental and non-governmental organizations.
