Professional journalists and mass media can take part in the contest presenting publications about women leaders, women's success in all spheres of life, appeared in 2002.

Contest "Woman Director of the Year" was announced in Perm Region by Administration of Perm Region together with Perm department of the Association of women entrepreneurs of Russia and Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Regional Women's Council.
