Declaration and a plan of action on gender problems of seminar's participants - eaders of journalistic organizations of Transcaucasia, the Central Asia, Mongolia and Russia.

Would be desirable to trust, that this conference has given a good pulse for qualitative growth of gender education in region. After conference coordinators of the Women's Network Program have held a working meeting for development of strategy of gender education in the higher school for 2004-2006.

Campaign begins in the International Day of Struggle against Violence against Women and continue till December, 10th, in the International Day of Human rights. The choice of these dates of campaign emphasizes, that the violence against women in any form is breach of human rights.

Why the violence against women is happened, as earlier? The answer is simple, but the decision is complex: the inequality between women and men bring the violence against women, and disballance of authorities which it creates, it is uneasy to overcome.

The violence against women today is "the most widespread encroachment on human rights", as organization "Amnesty International" approves.
