The Sakhalin deputies have not approved a bill "About regulation of paid services of sexual character"

 Before removal on advice of the Duma the bill was discussed by the several constant commissions of the area Duma, taken out uniform verdict - to not support. To the same opinion there came also members of advice of the Duma: to not support the concept of the bill and to suggest the State Duma by its consideration in the first reading to reject.
