Project "Center of emergent aid"

Altai regional social organization "Mother and Child" started realization of the program "Center of emergency help". Program is aimed at solving problems of women having children with different pathologies to prevent the social orphanage.

2001 volunteers of the Karelia Center of Gender Issues joined the project of UNO International Foundation of Women's Development (UNIFEM), which is conducting in 9 countries the regional informational campaign for the women's right to live without violence. Branch offices of the Altai regional crisis center for men will open soon in Slavgorod, Biysk and Rubtsovsk. Specialists of the population's social protection committees of those cities won the contest announced by the crisis center at the beginning of this year.
