According to the police data, as A.Barannikov pointed, more than 15 000 girls are busy in the sphere of prostitution in Moscow and Moscow Region only, daily turnover makes an average of half a million US$, and yearly turnover - 182 million US$.

This summer women escaped from brothels and dens of other countries will get a possibility to rest and take a deep breath in a special shelter apartment in St-Petersburg. It will be the first shelter of this type in Russia.

During the last half-year in Georgia 15 people have been kidnapped with the purpose to get ransom and 27 girls have been kidnapped to get married.
