Council on International Researches and Exchanges (IREX) in the frames of the program for strengthening and development of Russian NCOs (PRO-NCO) is conducting training "Quality of NCO services" for representatives of resource centers from Siberia, South of Russia, Samara and Velikiy Novgorod.

Center of Non-commercial organizations support (Moscow) starts the second working year of the School of Management NCO since September 2002. The School is working in form of distant learning assigned for NCO leaders and managers.
