Women say "no" to war

15 - 17 November 2002 the international meeting "World voices for gender equality" will take place in Washington (USA).

24 September 2002, international conference "Women - for clean planet" started in Khabarovsk. Representatives from Russia, China People's Republic, Philippines, Japan, India and USA participated in work of the conference.

Organization "Karlygash" (Swallow. Motto - to make people happy), Taraz, is planning to start working with young women, intending to give up their newborn children. As you know, our society does not accept children born without marriage yet. Moreover, when it happens to a under-aged girl? Our mission is to render legal, psychological support, to give temporary shelter to them. Therefore, we would be happy to receive advice from our colleagues and friends working at this problem. Do organizations exist that are working with similar problems? 1. Our first difficulty is that we do not know how to start it. 2. Financial problems. 3. Increasing number of deserted children.
