The Arkhangelsk crisis center for women needs a hospital

 The crisis center exists almost five years. But the telephone hotline works only from 10 o'clock till 18 o'clock. The majority of family conflicts occurs in the evening or at night, and the woman could not be called. Also it is necessary to open even a small hospital for women to which frequently has no place to go after the conflict. And if a hospital exists, she could come even at night, one or with children receives the necessary help. However prolongation of an operating time of a telephone hotline, and on opening of a hospital needs means which at our Center hasn't.
