 To such conclusion there came experts of the Analytical Center of Jury Levada by results of the researches which have been carried out in February, 2004 on representative sample 1600 person in territory of Russia (40 regions, 100 points of interrogation). Interrogation has shown, that supporters of Khakamada represent the most inactive voters which fourth part or is not going to take part in voting, or has not made the certain decision on intention.
