Appeal of the participants of the First international forum "Children in extreme situations" to governments of all countries and nations of the world

The forum was held in Moscow in October 14-16, 2003 under the initiative of Union of pediatrists of Russia and International charitable Fund for help to children at catastrophes and wars, at support of Government of Russia and Government of Moscow, international and Russian social organizations.
