Court of the Vakhit district of Kazan has forbidden Moslem women to be photographed for passes wearing headscarves, Informational Agency "Interfax" reports. The court's opinion is that militia will not have the real chance to identify a women in case if she will have the pass with a photo wearing headscarf.
