Non-commercial partnership "Women's Alliance" is holding the interregional conference "Domestic violence. Not for a minute more!" on September 10-11, 2002 in Barnaul. The target of the conference is to highlight the role of the community and its involvement into the process of solving the problem of domestic violence.
According to the data of the Home Office of Great Britain, 167 women in England and Wells suffer from domestic violence, and every twentieth adult woman suffered from violence at least once in her life.
