The publishing house "Word" announce the new book "Man's body in the history of culture". It is the part of I. Kon project "Man in the changing world".

This book is addressed to experts and post-graduate students in the gender studies area, psycho- and socio-linguistics as well for wide audience of readers who are interested in gender aspects of the language and speech.

The book represents the collection of articles gender studies researchers. The themes were selected very attentively to interest not only experts, who already informed in this question, but also for mass audience.

There are about 80 books devoted to gender issue are collected in Russian state library. During November 2003 readers (users) of Russian state library can familiarize with books represented on the exhibition of gender publications
