Applications for the competition are accepted until September 13, 2002.

Target of the competition - support of social initiatives aimed at assistance complex long-term rehabilitation of population suffered from war conflicts, involving of this part of the population into the policy of peace-making and creation, stimulation of rational choice by non-commercial organizations of the long-term strategy of adaptation in the post-conflict situations.
