The law "About alternative civil service" becomes a subject of trial in the Constitutional Court

   The law "About AGS" stipulates the longest in the world term of serve in army - 3,5 years in AGS, and also in it are incorporated an exterritoriality (service mainly far from a place of residing of the recruit) and an opportunity of a direction of civil servants without his consent to service in the organization of Armed forces.
