Coalition of public organizations "For democratic AGS!" has distributed the application in connection with coming into force of the Federal law "About alternative civil service". "We are convinced: the law is characterized by punishment for beliefs and is directed on frightening off youth from AGS and to keep a compulsory draft", - is spoken in the application.
