20th November 1996 in the Internet the domain owl.ru has appeared. In the beginning it was site "Open women line" which at the end of 2000 has been modernized in the portal "Woman and society". During seven years we try to fill this information space materials on gender issues and about women's movement. Only all together we can save this unique space in the Internet.
