We, the Women Non-government Organizations of Russian Federation are tormented by the policy of constantly displayed to the world society by the NATO while setting the international problems. Sometimes we have seen such a demonstration ended by the expansive bombardment and the death of peaceful population: aged, children and women, as a result.

And now the people of Yougoslavia are living under the constant threat of bomb attack over their towns and villages. 400 military planes are waiting for the move order. Isn’t it much for one problem settlement?

For how long the world society will be tolerant to these «world’s gendarmes» acting on behalf of the UN? We assume that there are a lot of mankind skills for the peaceful conduct of conflicts, besides the fire-guns.

Dear women all over the world! We appeal to you in order to unite against any force causing the death and destruction. If we are delivering in pains and breeding our children only for an unknown man to determine their fate? But we also do not want our sons and grandsons to be killers.

All of us are the hostages of aggressive political forces which ignore the international civic laws and pretend to have right to control the fortune of other countries. And we do not want to surrender! We implore the UN to defend the world population interests and not to be a puppet on the string of such military unions as NATO.
