Women Council of OAO AUTOVAZ is one of elements of civil society in Russia. There are no problems in the enterprise which are not touching womens interests, therefore in every division of OAO AUTOVAZ commissions on women issues have been organized. In 1987 commissions have been transformed into womens councils having wider authorities.
