Annual courses on the international protection of human rights

 Institute on human rights of University of Academy of city Abo (Turku, Finland) carries out from February, 23 till March, 5 annual course on the international protection of human rights. Applications (attach a letter of recommendation) for participation in course are accepted till January, 23, 2004.
