International winter school on human rights (Warsaw, February, 28 - March, 7, 2004)

Helsinki Fund on Human rights organizes in Warsaw from February, 28 till March, 7, 2004 the International winter school on human rights. To participation in school active workers human rights NGOs from CIS countries, who earlier not accepting participation in schools on human rights, are invited. Deadline for submission of applications is December, 30, 2003.
