Ryazan human rights organizations have declared the beginning of the action against war in the Chechen Republic

 The first stage of the action became sticking-up of leaflets RPK inverted to city citizens: "How many lives have carried away and the Chechen war carries away? How much costs a war for the state not capable even to provide to the citizens a normal standard of living?" According to Maria Sereda, the next and basic step will be distribution among inhabitants of Ryazan of references in authorities with the argued inquiries about amount of victims among the Russian military men and financial expenses for conducting military actions.
