Offers on perfection of mechanisms of the control guaranteeing observance of legality and human rights in activity of law enforcement bodies

 During meeting of the President of the Russian Federation with members of the Commission of Human Rights and heads of the law enforcement bodies, taken place on December, 10, 2003, a member of the Commission of Human Rights the doctor of jurisprudence Tamara Morshchakova (the former vice-president, and nowadays the adviser of the Constitutional court of the Russian Federation) has announced these offers. During meeting the president has supported idea of strengthening of the similar control.
