The meeting was devoted to law-enforcement activity of Ministry of Internal Affairs and usage of tortures in action of law enforcement bodies. Besides it the problems of racial discrimination and violence against women were discussed (on statistics in Russian Federation each 3rd woman is exposed to violence).
